First Time Login with Secure Access Code

LOGIN STEPS:

1. Navigate to new login page

NOTE: Save link to your browser Favorites

2. Enter User ID and Password used in old system

3. Select Secure Access Code delivery method (email or SMS text)

4. Enter Secure Access Code received via email/SMS text

5. Create a new Password (enter twice)

6. Review and Accept disclosure to proceed to Home page
